World Population Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Bohra Public School, BALLABGARH, on July 11. This event, which aims to raise awareness about global population issues, was marked by a series of engaging activities designed to educate and involve students.
The primary objective of the celebration was to enlighten students about the significance of population control and the various challenges associated with an increasing global population. Activities
*Slogan Writing *
Students from classes III to V participated in a Slogan Writing competition. The students displayed great creativity and awareness through their artwork. The best slogans were displayed on the school notice board.
Quiz Contest
A quiz contest on population-related topics was held for students of classes VI to VIII. The quiz included questions about population statistics, family planning methods, and the impact of population growth on the environment. It was a fun and educational activity that kept the students engaged.
Debate Competition
A debate competition was organized for students of classes IX .The topic was “Population :Resource or Liability”The participants showcased their debating skills, presenting well-researched arguments for and against the motion. The competition was judged by a panel of teachers, and the best debaters were felicitated.
