VISITING HOURS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
To ensure the smooth functioning of the school and encourage meaningful participation of parents/guardians in their child’s learning process, the following visiting hours must be observed:

| All Teachers (General Interaction) | 7:20 AM – 8:00 AM (Summers) 7:50 AM – 8:30 AM (Winters) |
| Office | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM |
CO-OPERATION OF PARENTS
- Parents are requested to attend PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) held after examinations to review their child’s progress.
- Progress reports will be handed over to parents on PTM days.
- Parents must carefully examine their child’s performance and provide support, especially in subjects where the child is weak, and encourage regular study habits at home.
- In case of an emergency, parents/guardians must not go directly to the classrooms to meet teachers, as teachers will be engaged with their classes.
- Instead, parents should report to the front office, and necessary arrangements will be made.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- For Grades Nursery to II, school will remain closed on all Saturdays.
- Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the school premises.
- The school is not responsible for students remaining on campus 20 minutes after the school closes
