INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE
In pursuance of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted at BPS to deal with complaints relating to sexual harassment at workplace.
The objectives of the Internal Complaints Committee are:
- To orient students and members of the institution about the functioning of the Internal Complaints Committee.
- To assist students or employees in case one wants to file a complaint.
- To evolve fair means of preventive measures.
- To conduct preliminary enquiry of the allegations reported by gathering documentary evidences as well as recording statements of the witnesses.
- To submit the preliminary enquiry report to the Principal.
- To comply with the procedures and guidelines mentioned in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
