To instill patriotism, pay tribute to the brave soldiers of the Kargil War, and educate students about the significance of Kargil Vijay Diwas through visual and creative expression, Bohra Public School commemorated Kargil Vijay Diwas. All classrooms actively participated in decorating their soft boards with themes centered around courage, sacrifice, patriotism, and national pride. Students enthusiastically contributed to the decoration process, guided by their class teachers and subject mentors.
The boards were adorned with Portraits and names of Kargil War heroes such as Captain Vikram Batra, Lt. Manoj Pandey and others.
Hand-drawn posters and sketches depicted Indian soldiers and the Himalayan terrain of Kargil.
Thought-provoking slogans,
Newspaper clippings and facts about Operation Vijay enriched the wisdom of students.
Quotes and poems written by students added charm to honour the bravery of the Indian Army.
Each class displayed creativity and emotional depth, turning the boards into a tribute wall that reflected respect and gratitude towards our armed forces.
The soft board decoration on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas not only beautified the classrooms but also served as a strong educational and emotional reminder of the sacrifices made by our soldiers. The activity successfully encouraged student participation, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of India’s military history.
