A student is adjudged a scholar from Class V (Final exam score). (from Session 2023-24 onwards)
The very first time that they are eligible for a blazer is at the end of Class VII for 3 successive years of excellence in academics.

| Gold Medal | Excellence in Academics for 7 successive years. |
Commendation certificates are also awarded to students who show 20% improvement in their overall aggregate in the Final Examination as compared to last session`s results as well as who have 100% Attendance in an Academic year.
